“I have used Early Bird twice this year, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The first time was this past July, when I needed a very early morning ride from my home in the Santa Cruz Mountains to San Francisco to catch a flight to Ireland. I was a bit worried, as people often have trouble finding our house during the day, let alone at 2:00 a.m.! The driver was right on-time, however (a couple of minutes early, as a matter of fact), and it was so nice to be able to doze a bit on the way to the airport instead of fighting fatigue! The driver was very nice and professional, and it was worth every penny not to have to ask my poor husband to drive me to SFO well before the break of dawn on a work day!

I was so pleased with the service that we contracted with Early Bird to take all three of us to SFO for a trip at the end of September. This time we scheduled a pick up at the airport for after our trip as well. Same great service, and they were there waiting for us when our flight landed, even though the flight got in a bit early.

When you compare the price to the cost of long-term parking at the airport (or to the hassle of finding someone to drive you), and factor in the pleasure of not having to drive 60 miles when you’re sleep-deprived or jet-lagged, it really is a no-brainer. I figure this cost us about $50 more than long-term parking for the same period (almost three weeks), and was worth more than that for the comfort and peace of mind. I will definitely use this service again.”

“Was picked up in Scotts Valley. Scheduled for 6:30 am but the driver was there about 5 minutes early, thank you. It was a Monday morniing, commute hour, had been raining and the trip was to San Jose Airport. The driver already knew that there was a rollover on Highway 17 and she took the back roads. She was a star and we arrived in the nick of time, safe. Everything was easy. We signed up online and then paid online. They made a call to confirm everything. As a mom I was worried that the car driver assigned to her had to leave, but he made sure to put her in contact with another driver – Jeff. It was a bit stressful day not only because of the hectic airport but also due to the storm. We the parents miles away felt a sense of assurance knowing that this company’s outstanding service will not leave my daughter stranded. This company has a group of professional drivers. I was in a situation that I needed emergency help just last month as I needed to get to my brother who was dying of cancer. “Early Bird shuttle picked up my daughter from UC Santa Cruz for Christmas break and took her to San Jose airport. It was so convenient because they picked her up in front of the bookstore on campus. She arrived to the airport on time and was very pleased.
We also used them three weeks later for her return trip back to campus. When they went to pick her up at the airport, my daughter was at the wrong pick up spot but Early Bird made sure to find her and did not leave her behind. I was so grateful to them for their patience because this was my daughter’s first time traveling alone.

“You can count on them. They show up reliably on time, each and every time. Always courteous and helpful. Especially pays off on the return trip, when you are no doubt tired and frazzled after the long flight, and without that pre-trip excitement. What a godsend to have Early Bird waiting there ready to whisk you home. Using Early Bird also pays off when you are traveling with the whole family. They can bring a minivan with car seats, if need be, and it is a LOT less hassle than driving and parking yourself, juggling kids and baggage on those airport parking buses. Why not get dropped off right at curbside check-in? I used to travel a lot. Have used a lot of car services in my day. These folks are far and away the best.
